Trainer Hall of Fame

  • Elite Trainer Certified by the International Sports Sciences Association in Personal Training (5 years of experience).
  • Certified Nutritionist Coach through International Sports Sciences Association, focusing on healthy sustainable relationships with food and exercise.
  • Specialist in Group Fitness focused on creating a fun community where you feel safe, encouraged, and kept accountable to reach your fitness goals.
  • Boot camp focused on high intensity training (HIIT) while including modifications for all ages and fitness levels.
  • Different areas of experience include functional movement, CrossFit, Body Building, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, Prehab/Rehab, and Stability.
  • Goal is to motivate and encourage while teaching individuals or groups methods of stability, strength, endurance, and recovery.
  • Board Certified Massage Therapist since 2009 / NCBTMB – Trained in different modalities such as Sports Massage, Cupping, Gua Sha, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy.
  • Specializes in Sports and Deep Tissue massage using a combination of therapies to attain the best results catered to each individual client.
  • Personal Trainer since 2010 – Identifies muscles imbalances, weaknesses, and focuses on balancing and strengthening those with a combination of training styles including weight training and stretching. The goal is to build a stronger body to alleviate the pain of current injuries or to prevent these before they happen.
  • Studied Sports Medicine at the University of Cincinnati certification through NASM/AFAA (5 Years).
  • Specializes in Athletic Training, Weight Training, Road Biking, Core Training (Yolo SUP), Circuit Training/Bootcamp and Weight Loss.
  • Loves to work with all age groups and enjoys outdoor team building activities with a desire to bring the greatest potentials out of his clients.
  • Certified National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer 2017.
  • Certified Athletic and Fitness Association of America Personal Trainer 2013.
  • Specialties include – Longevity Fitness, Posture Alignment, Weight Control and Toning.
  • NASM - Senior Fitness Specialist.
  • Personal Trainer and Aerobic class specialist for over 17 years.
  • Certified through AFAA/NASM.
  • Specializes in Core, Balance Training and Flexibility.
  • Training, Sculpting, Cross Training/ HIIT Training.
  • Has a special talent in training small and large groups with an awesome ability to motivate and push individuals to their fullest potential.
